Eline Kibalama
Founding Director
Eline Kibalama is the founding director and executive board member of Zoom Media Company and the Kabuka Foundation. With a strong European background in healthcare research — including cancer solutions at leading research institutes — she brings a rare combination of scientific rigour and creative vision to media.
Under her leadership, Zoom Media Company serves public consumers, private industries, SMEs, and healthcare institutes alike. Her mission: use media to make healthcare services more accessible, engaging, and human.
A dedicated media professional with over a decade of diverse leadership experience. Kabuka Steven has built a reputation for creative content production, marketing strategy, and business development — operating between Kampala, Uganda and Utrecht, the Netherlands.
As an internationally awarded photographer, he understands the power of visual storytelling firsthand. That experience, combined with a talented team, drives Zoom Media Company to craft solutions that genuinely captivate and connect.
